The Caravan Hostel is always looking for motivated and driven individuals who are looking to help us share and introduce our amazing city of Washington, D.C with our guests. We provide a fun and unique environment where you can meet guests from all over the world while also immersing yourself in the rich culture of Washington, D.C. By joining our work exchange program, you agree to work a set amount of hours each week in exchange for free onsite accommodation. This program is perfect for students, interns who are looking for accommodation during internships, individuals who want to gain front desk experience, and those who want to learn more about the world of hospitality.

program requirements
Live onsite in a staff-only dorm room.
Commit to at least 8 weeks (2 month) minimum.
Volunteer 24 hours a week at the front desk.
Be flexible with morning, evening and even overnight shifts.
Comfortable with reception based tasks and a customer facing role.
Volunteer Perks
